Fortunately for me, I live in Southern California. Which means that we don't always have to wait for May to get our beautiful blooms!
I also have a wonderful husband who set up a great drip system so that my garden is very easy to care for.
So I get to design and plant. He does the rest!
With all of the blooms and such, the yard is amazing to sit in. It's great to have a fire in the evening and just enjoy talking and spending time together.
Even if we aren't alone!
You think he's looking towards the Pot 'o gold at the end of the rainbow?
I'll have to watch him closely to see!
I lurve the snapdragon flowers! I remember my grandmother showing us how they can 'talk' to us by squeezing the the petals. ha ha By the way, Happy Mothers Day!
