Random back yard photos

There are many spiders in our  yard.  After the rain or morning dew, there are droplets that get caught, making a beautiful sight.

While I was pruning the morning glory, I found someone else in the flowers, working away!

Since it is summer in So Cal, if I want to get a good shot, sometimes I have to assist Mother Nature and turn on the sprinklers. 

I do have to say that our tomatoes are the yummiest! Last year we had a few tomato bugs that ruined our crops, so this year, we planted basil in between the tomato plants.  I'm happy to report that this works!  No tomato bugs this year.  And the crop is just so very delicious!
